Nicole Santos is a Business Authenticity Coach for WOC coaches, healers & service providers. Since launching her business in 2021, she has left her career in tech to go all in, supported hundreds of individuals through healing, energy work & coaching, spoken on multiple platforms, hosted dozens of healing circles, workshops & day retreats.

Before becoming a coach, Nicole studied the science of human behavior & workplace efficiency. After graduating, she climbed the ladder in the tech world but quickly realized her real passion lived in community, healing & mentorship. Her work sits at the intersection of creation, embodiment & leadership, blending mindset work, energy work & intuitive business strategy to help women feel safe & confident being fully seen.

A Bay Area First-Gen Filipina, Nicole is devoted to helping women of color show up louder, prouder & more unapologetically in business. Her mission is to support entrepreneurs in building sustainable, impactful businesses rooted in who they are not just what they do, through authentic storytelling, cultural connection & raw, honest leadership.
