About the Brand
My Story My path to this work hasn’t been linear. I was born in Ecuador, moved to the United States, served nine years in the U.S. Army, found my way more deeply into yoga, communication, & integrative health. Through all of those transitions, I began asking myself a question: How can I carry a sense of peace & inner steadiness with me wherever I go? In the Army, we had something called hip-pocket training; simple lessons & tools you could carry with you & use wherever you were. That idea stayed with me.
I had carried my Ecuadorian culture with me across countries. I had carried my military training into civilian life. What if I could also develop practices that helped me carry a sense of home & peace within myself? Today, through The Peace Dialogue, I bring together Yoga Therapy, yoga philosophy, nervous system education, embodiment, & compassionate communication to help people understand themselves, connect with what they need, & relate to others with greater clarity & compassion.
My Offers:
Everything I offer through The Peace Dialogue comes back to the same intention: practical ways to cultivate more peace within yourself & in the way you connect with others.
Permission Cards: A physical tool for exploring your needs, values, & inner world through simple daily reflection.
Yoga Therapy: Personalized practices that use movement, breath, embodiment, meditation, yoga philosophy, & self-inquiry to support greater steadiness, awareness, & ease.
Compassionate Communication: One-on-one guidance rooted in Nonviolent Communication to help you understand what’s alive within you, express your needs more clearly, & approach difficult conversations with greater compassion & curiosity.
The Felt Exhale Method: A guided experience for ambitious women who feel like they’re always “on” & want to cultivate more calm, connection, & ease without giving up their ambition.

A Note from the Founder
I created The Peace Dialogue because I believe peace begins in the way we relate to ourselves & others, & the more we can really hear others the easier & smoother things will be. For much of my life, I learned how to move, adapt, achieve, & get things done.
Yoga & compassionate communication introduced me to a different kind of practice: pausing long enough to notice what is actually alive in me. The more I learned to listen to my body, understand my feelings & needs, & communicate from that awareness, the more I realized that peace isn’t something we finally earn when everything around us is perfect. Inner sense of peace is a practice.
My hope is that these cards give you permission to enrich your life!
