WOMENTUM WORKSHOP: Embodying the Vision

Strategy tells you what to do, but embodiment determines who you are when you do it. In this 60-minute interactive workshop, we will focus on moving out of past stories and physically anchoring into the future you are building.

Whether you are actively scaling a business or seeking deeper alignment in your personal life, this session will teach you how to tune into your emotional authority and make decisions from the body rather than the mind.

We will explore how to recognize a full body yes, and practice different somatic grounding techniques to regulate your nervous system for expansion. You will leave with a physical understanding of how to hold the vision for your next chapter.
